As a result, a high percentage of business is from repeat customers and referrals.   Lady Anne shares her knowledge of nutrition, increasing better health, wellness and weight management with many.  She spent ten years teaching Special Education and five more in Technology in public school systems teaching children while raising 3 sons of her own.  She has owned and managed many of her own businesses to include, Janitorial, Sewing, Catering and Event Coordinating, Convenient Store Business, Childcare and now Fitness, Weight Management and Nutrition.  While working full time, holding down a successful business, she still found time to attend college with a full load and earned a degree.  She certified in all realms of Fitness, to include Land and Aquatic.  Lady Anne also makes the time to promote her sons' businesses to include Speaking, Floor Design and Massage Therapist.    One little grandson has joined the family.
